Details: Leah: We have taken specials to see if we are good to go with the evaluation after our fixes. We got absents on both spicket 9 and the wellhead, So we are ready to get the level 2 evaluation done and the tests needed to open back up.
Is there anything else needed other than the evaluation form for level 2 filled out and the tests (three from the campground and one from the source)?

Nicole: Leah,
I am glad to hear that you have received negative samples. The sample information has not shown up in the state reporting software as negative yet. Do you have the sample result paperwork? We need to get a level 2 investigation scheduled. Next week is filling up for time, but I would be able to come out next Friday the 17th to perform the investigation with you.
Also, we have Scott Pineo as the contact for this system. If you are the operator and direct contact for this system, we will want to get you into the inventory so that we have a way to get a hold of you.
Let me know if Friday works for you and then we can go from there.
