| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed status of Outback Well 7 (L72483) Plan Review 49-2007 DETAILS: This well has not been activated yet but the well construction was determined to be adequate, well evaluation by Amy Parmenter 10/31/2008. The initial source water samples have not been entered yet, and Heidi was going to check to see if the sample results are available. This source will part of EP-D and will be designated SRC-DG. ACTION NEEDED: Water Department to provide initial source samples and DWP to enter well information in data base. | ||
