| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed status of Pilot Butte Well 4, Plan Review 171-2008 DETAILS: The City is planning to do the pump test on the well this week and Heidi called to find out initial water quality sampling requirements. A drillers log is not available yet, but the proposed well construction was determined to be adequate, proposed well construction evaluation by Amy Parmenter 11/10/2008. This well will be part of EP-F and will be designated SRC-FD. ACTION NEEDED: Water Department to provide well log and initial monitoring results. DWP to enter well information in database. | ||
