| Details: | SUMMARY: Pilot Butte Well - Plan Review - 171-2008 DETAILS: On July 29, 2009, Heidi Lansdowne (project engineer) submitted: final as-built well construction, final well log and final pump testt. On October 20, 2009, Steve Prazak submitted chemical data results. The results included: SOC, VOC, IOC. Radionuclides were taken but the results were not available yet. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to continue finalizing plan review | ||
