Details: SUMMARY: TC+ DETAILS: Kathy called to report that they had a TC+ on 10/19/10 at the outlet of Washington Park reservoir 3. They collected repeats the same day. 3 of those repeats were TC+ (same site and downstream). Details in separate contact report. Repeats of repeats will be taken. Portland is doing all downstream locations, or following where the Res 3 water would now be, since the reservoir was taken off-line. This was advised and approved by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: await repeat results.
