| Details: | SUMMARY: miscellaneous DETAILS: Eloise called to follow up on some outstanding issues. They have an addendum to the Powell Butte #2 plans. They added a double-check valve on the fire service line, as well as chlorine injection ports on the inlet, outlet, and on the Washington county supply line (no chlorinator or chlorine will be on-site). Regarding the low pressure services identified in the last survey, they still have one remaining. The property owner has committed to fixing it, but they arent sure by when. Regarding protection on tank overflows, they have one remaining, the Linnton tank. It is due to be demolished in August 2011. Currently, there is a significant leak, such that water is continuously flowing out the drain / overflow line, which would likely inhibit intrusion by any small critter. Regarding the coliform sampling plan, she said no routine sites are at dead end lines, and all repeats really are within 5 service connections up or down. She will respond to my letter in writing. ACTION NEEDED: Powell Butte addendum plans not necessary - we will note changes during final approval. Survey is planned for 2011, so many items will be reviewed and documented. | ||
