Details: I sent the following e-mail to Jay regarding the need to submit disinfection CT data:

Hi Jay,
Our enforcement coordinator says that you will be considered for formal enforcement (with the chance for monetary fines) if you don’t start sending in the monthly surface water (turbidity and chlorine) monitoring forms we spent time going over last fall. The turbidity and chlorine forms must be received in our office by the 10th of each month. Also, each time the coliform sample results are submitted, they are late (they must be received in our office by the 10th of each month). The coliform results should also have a chlorine residual reported with them. Is there a reason why the reporting is not being done?
