| Details: | SUMMARY: BCA update DETAILS: CRW-Clairmont requested an extension on 13 July 2011 on one of their interim deadlines to their bilateral compliance agreement (BCA). CRW-Clairmont had committed to writing a letter of recommendation to OHA-DWP on August 1st. The letter will outline their plan to remedy their lead exceedances by specifying optimal corrosion control treatment. They requested to extend that particular interim deadline by one month to 1 September 2011. The final deadline of 10 July 2013 will not be affected. OHA-DWP acknowledges the request, but a modified BCA will not be written. OHA-DWP will review their letter of recommendation when it is received and continue to work with CRW Clairmont on achieving full compliance by the final deadline. ACTION NEEDED: none. Await 1 September 2011. |
