| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer complaint DETAILS: Ruth called to report that she noticed highly turbid water coming out of her tap at her residence in Portland early on 1/23. She is concerned about potential high levels of turbidity in the sample. She had contacted PWBs customer service and water line, and relayed her concern and location to the appropriate City contact. I indicated that a high turbidity event occurred in the Bull Run intake system on 1/21, and that the City had transitioned to their well water shortly thereafter. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to provide support to PWB to resolve complaint if necessary. | ||
