Assistance Type:	OTHER REGULATORY - Change in delivery and timing of portion of annual provider alert

Details:	Scott notified DWS that due to a changeover in leadership and COVID response duties, part of the required annual provider alert will be slightly delayed. The provider alert usually goes out via email and due to current circumstances, only a portion of the provider emails are available. The remaining providers will be mailed the materials. The timing of the mailing will be early January. These changes are approved by DWS for this year's provider alert. PWB expects that all of the emails will be available in 2021 and they will be able to default to email for 2021's provider alert.
