| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion of total coliform positive sample in distribution system DETAILS: Positive total coliform sample result from sample taken 8/6/13 at 2220 SE 68th Ave. In discussion with Kari Salis 8/7/13, it was determined that sample is from a routine sample site. Carrie Gentry emailed Yone Akagi 8/8/13 to remind Portland that repeat samples are required, and she noted that repeats were taken 8/7/13 and that a triggered GW sample is available as required under the rules.
