Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Gold Beach owns & operates a water treatment plant (WTP) & distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3000 people through 1,375 connections. Water is treated from a Ranney collector under the Rogue River. The City contacted the Circuit Rider to asist with a tracer study to verify the contact time.
