| Details: | SUMMARY: Incident at Reservoir 5 DETAILS: Yone called to report an intrusion incident at Reservoir 5 (an open reservoir) on Mt Tabor. Incident happened at 4 am on 4/11/14. Security noticed that a man climbed over the fence and went out of sight for a few seconds before climbing back over the fence. The man was partially clothed. Police were called but the man was not found. Portland has valved off the reservoir and taken a bacti sample. pH, chlorine and turbidity are also being monitored. Sample results will come back on 4/12/14. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time. PWB can contact the duty officer on 4/12/14 for followup if needed. | ||
