| Details: | SUMMARY: Reservoir 5 incident DETAILS: Yone called to report an incident at Reservoir 5 (open reservoir) on Mt. Tabor overnight (4/15/14). Security caught 1 person on tape urinating into the reservoir. 3 young men were apprehended by police. PWB has taken the reservoir offline. ACTION NEEDED: Similar actions to the 4/11/14 incident should be completed (bacti sample, monitoring other parameters). Once results come back, contact OHA/DWS if needed. | ||
