| Details: | SUMMARY: EC positive at Reservoir 5 outlet DETAILS: Yone called to notify DWS of a routine EC positive at the outlet to Reservoir 5 (open reservoir on Mt. Tabor). This is the third routine EC positive in three days. Repeats from the previous two incidences have been negative. ACTION NEEDED: DWS determined that PWB needed to issue a boil water notice. Boil notice was issued, follow up sampling completed on Friday and available for review on Saturday morning. | ||
