| Details: | SUMMARY: Previously unknown UST near well site DETAILS: Yone called to notify DWS that there was a spill at Well #35. OERS report 2014-1480, incident happened on July 9, 2014. Fire Bureau personnel were conducting a trench rescue training. Bureau of Maintenance was digging and scrapped the side of a tank. BES will be dealing with any cleanup needed. PWB has taken VOC samples at ground water pump station and sample tap at well #35. ACTION NEEDED: Nothing further at this time. | ||
