| Details: | SUMMARY: August routine coliform samples not reported DETAILS: I notified Andrew that we did not receive any routine coliform reports for August. He indicated that the 30 samples were done but just not reported to us due to a glitch on their end. He will get the reports sent in today. NOTE: SEE UPDATE BELOW. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time (other than sending in the August reports). System will return to compliance if the September coliform results are reported on-time. UPDATE 10/26/15: August samples were actually received ontime, error on OHA-DWS end, violation has been removed. | ||
