| Details: | SUMMARY: Main break and loss of pressure, localized boil water notice DETAILS: Yone called on August 23 to report that an incident happened over the past weekend. On Saturday August 20, there was a main break with a pressure loss in the Bertha/SW Iowa area near Vermont Hills. 52 homes were affected. A localized boil water notice was issued to the affected homes. Coliform samples taken after the repair came back negative on August 22. ACTION NEEDED: nothing additional needed at this time. | ||
