Details: SUMMARY: Follow-up (Public Notice) DETAILS: Operator called and asked about the public notice for "Coliform Investigation Nonreporting" their tests and level 1 coliform investigation form were submitted. I submitted an email to remove the violation 2071510. They submitted everything on time, I was on vacation during the time of the investigation. ACTION NEEDED: None.
