| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead action level exceedance DETAILS: City of Tualatin exceeded the lead action level of 0.015 mg/L during the last 6-month round of testing conducted October 2017, specifically the 90th percentile results were 0.016 mg/L. Information sent to the city this date regarding their responsibilities to provide public education to their users and others in the community. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to complete public education requirements by March 1, 2018 and continue them as long as the lead action level is exceeded. UPDATE 2/26/18: Received certification that public education activities were completed as required. | ||
