Details: I called Mr. Carpenter to discuss the overdue deadlines and copper samples that continue to exceed the action level at this water system. I described the overdue deadlines related to the existing compliance schedule and proposal for a bilateral agreement to establish formal deadlines for operating the corrosion control treatment and reporting tap samples that demonstrate compliance. I sent a copy of the proposed agreement to Mr. Carpenter by email following our conversation.
