Details: SUMMARY: Follow up on TCR received October 9, 2008 DETAILS: Discovered that the water system has a new contact person/operator as listed above. Operator was not sure what County Hoodoo Ski Bowl water system was located in so he did not call to notify us. Operator received the positive TC notice on 10/7/08 and took repeats that same day. On 10/8/08 results of repeat samples showed all 4 samples were absent for TC. Water system contracts with a lab for sample collection. Operator thinks that the reason for the positive sample was because the routine site that was used was from a building that has not been in use all summer, even though the line was flushed for 45 minutes. ACTION NEEDED: Operator knows to take 5 routine samples in November
