Details:	SUMMARY: EC+ from Reservoir 3 outlet DETAILS: Mike sheets called to let us know that there was a EC+ routine sample at the outlet of Reservoir 3 from the Wed 11/25 sample (results came back thanksgiving day afternoon). This outlet is not re-chlorinated. The chlorine residual (total) was 1.3 ppm, using chloramines. They have full confidence in the sample tap and have ruled out any sampling or analysis issues. Repeats were taken Friday morning. They will get results Saturday morning and will let us know. ACTION NEEDED: await repeat results. PWB is poised to initiate their emergency operations center and issue a boil water notice if needed.
