Details:	SUMMARY: TC+ response DETAILS: Elloise left a message 10/5 and we spoke today. They have a TC+ from sample site #104. This is a location that actually receives water from the city of Lake Oswego. The pipes are in no way connected to the Portland Water Bureau pipes, but they are considered PWB customers (about 80 connections). This system is chlorinated with a free chlorine residual, which was at 0.2 ppm at the time of the sample. Lake Oswego will increase their chlorine feed by 0.10 ppm to increase the residual at far locations. Repeats were taken 10/5, results are expected by 5pm today. ACTION NEEDED: Consider the possibility that these 80 customers should not be considered as part of the same water system as the rest of PWB. It is different water and the pipes are not connected. Discuss the issue with Chris Hughes.
