Details:	SUMMARY: Routine positive sample DETAILS: Portland had a total coliform positive sample result at the outlet to reservoir 1. Results came back today, repeat samples are being taken. Chlorine residual was at normal levels. Discussed during field visit with Portland. Eloise Eccles also contacted DWS phone duty to report the total coliform positive. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
