Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform repeat samples DETAILS: Yone Akagi called to report that 13 of the repeat samples taken on Monday September 23, 2013 came back positive for total coliform. Portland decided to declare that the water system will exceed the MCL for total coliform for September. A Tier 2 public notice is required within 30 days of receiving the violation. The water system will begin taking corrective actions. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time. DWS is available to discuss follow up actions as needed.
