Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive repeat sample in distribution system DETAILS: Eloise Eccles called to report that a September 18, 2013 sample from upstream of sample station 200 came back positive for total coliform. The resamples for the Reservoir 3 outlet came back coliform negative. Portland will collect 3 repeat samples today. ACTION NEEDED: none needed at this time.
