Details:	SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform DETAILS: Spoke with system operator. There was a confirmed coliform sample at the kitchen sink. There has been reconstruction at the system and some of the taps have changed for the kitchen. The sample is believed to be taken from a swivel faucet. The operator will complete the Level 1 coliform report. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up by checking the coliform sampling plan to insure that it does not include swivel faucets and is best representative of the taps available to sample from for this system. Sample 3 routine samples for the month following the level 1.
