The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Treatment Deficiencies
1. Did not adjust well water to meet the pH and alkalinity of the purchased water. Since the water system has exceeded the lead action level in the past and corrosion control is practiced, all sources used in the water system must have the same pH and alkalinity. Once well water quality characteristics are known you will likely need to adjust the well pH and alkalinity with soda ash. This must be reviewed and approved prior to use.

Monitoring Deficiencies
2. Monitoring for well #1 was not submitted before use. And pH and alkalinity was not measured.

Management and Operation Deficiencies
3. Lead public education from 2007 missing. Be sure to maintain appropriate public education in the future including bill statements, press release notices, and annual public education for all customers.
4. Consumer confidence reports are distributed as if CRW-Clackamas ("north") and CRW-Clairmont ("south") have the same water.
