| Details: | On 5/24/2022 Deer Island Village MHP had an assessment source sample test positive for e. coli. The phone number in DWS records for Donna Holdridge was out of order, so I visited Deer Island Village MHP in person. Although the office did not have staff available at the time, Donna's updated phone number was posted on the door and I spoke with her about the e. coli result and how Deer Island Village MHP is required to collect 5 Confirmation source water samples at Well #1 where the positive e. coli result occurred. Donna told me that she had contacted Jason Carman from RCAC - Rural Community Assistance Corporation on this matter; I also left Jason a message stating this requirement. Donna also said she spoke with Alexin Analytical about this e. coli result and requested the confirmation samples to be collected. I dropped off Oregon DWS's letter about the e. coli result and confirmation sample requirement in the office's mailbox. |
