| Details: | I was able to reach Annette by phone after trying Raymond a few times. We discussed the fast approaching compliance deadline of December 29th 2018 for the assigned Level 1 Investigation, due to missed repeats and triggered source sample in response to COLI18427 generated on 11/16/2018 for a total coliform positive routine monthly water sample. We also reviewed the system's responsibility to provide an annual nitrate sample. It was noted that Drinking Water Services received the system's November 27th, 2018 sample on December 10th, 2018, satisfying the required annual nitrate sample schedule. |
