| Details: | I spoke with Raymond Fordyce by phone. We discussed the system's responsibility to complete the Level 1 Investigation and submit it before December 29th, 2018. I suggested that the sooner it was completed the better. We discussed that letters were being sent to the farm but that the information did not seem to be getting through. It was noted that Raymond's recently married son was listed as the contact. He no longer lives on the farm and is no longer the primary contact. Raymond requested that I update the contact info for the system with his cell phone and name. I also mentioned that a nitrate test was due before the end of the year for the system. |
