| Details: | On 10/11/21, I received a phone call from Mike Lowry with Shiloh Water, who coordinates much of the water system operations for Maple Terrace Mobile Home Park. Mike stated that, regarding the system's 2 mobile homes with Lead sample results above the action level, both mobile homes' galvanized risers have been dug out and removed. Those old risers have been replaced with Schedule 80 risers, Mike says. I forwarded Mike an EPA 141-A form by email, "Sample Site Identification and Certification", which is used to determine the different Tiers that the water system’s sampling sites would fall under, regarding their probability of containing Lead and/or Copper content. That way, when the next round of Lead and Copper sampling occurs, the sites with the higher likelihood for lead and copper water content may be sampled from to determine the problematic regions of the system for corrective action. |
