Details:	Dept of Ag had already called, and explicitly asked for someone the clerk did not know "Jan." The clerk did not have the owner's phone number to relay the need to take repeats. I described the need to take 3 repeats and a source sample for total coliform analysis. The clerk has no understanding of this process and said she would relay the need to the owner somehow.
