| Details: | E.coli bacteria was present in routine distribution sample taken on 11/1/2021, received 11/2/2021. E.coli bacteria was confirmed in triggered sample and one distribution sample taken on 11/3/2021 and received 11/4/2021. ODA was notified of confirmed sample the morning of 11/5/2021, firm was placed on a boil water notice immediately. Lifted 12/15/2022: The system is now a hauled water system and the coliform test submitted by the water system on 12/13/2022 was absent for total coliform and E. coli. The water system is physically disconnected from the previous water source, SRC-AA and the boil water advisory should be lifted. |
