| Details: | Mr. Brown and I discussed the terms of the agreement and the process for executing the document. I also explained that nitrate concentrations in the spring, despite being below the MCL for a few months will probably fluctuate and that DWS goal is to ensure the water is always safe rather than being dependent upon agricultural practices that affect water quality in the spring. | ||
