| Details: | Jane, I have attached a letter from the Oregon Health Authority that I received today that details the cancellation of the Bilateral Compliance Agreement. This cancellation can mean civil penalties for the owner of the water system due to the new transmission line not being completed by the agreed upon extension February 12, 2020.
