| Details: | Mr. Brown called me to discuss an extension to the deadline in the warning letter issued in May. He explained the complexity of the pipeline to deliver water to part of the system and the difficulty in permitting construction in the Gorge Scenic Area. I explained we discussed the situation with the operator recently and believe a compliance agreement is suitable for replacing the letter until construction is complete. Mr. Brown indicated he agreed and I told him I would contact him with a draft agreement in several weeks. | ||
