| Details: | I called Mr. Brown to discuss the delay in submitting a copy of the land use application for the pipeline to connect the well to the part of the water system across the highway. I confirmed that the application is expected to be submitted no later than early April and suggested DWS execute an extension to the current BCA because this delay was beyond Mr. Brown's control. Mr. Brown agreed that an extension is reasonable and we agreed that the same time frame between submitting the land use application and completing construction in the original BCA would be used in this extension. I stated I would draft the extension letter and send it to Mr. Brown for signature. I also asked about connecting the water system to the City of The Dalles but Mr. Brown stated hook-up charges were too high. I forgot to ask about the outstanding deficiency related to water storage at the system and will inquire about whether it's been corrected when I email the draft extension to Mr. Brown. | ||
