| Details: | June 5, 2025 - Update to PDT failures - Brandon emailed an image of today's PDT results and let us know that he has a butterfly valve on order for skid #2 attributed to the air leak problem for skid #2. UF Filter #1 showed an LRVambient of 4.334-log with a PDR of 1.061 psi/min. June 11, 2025 - Update to PDT failures - Brandon said that unfortunately he hasn't had a lot of time between distribution emergencies. WRD is also needing the Annual usage reports from 2016-2024 to keep their water rights/permits, which has also been keeping him from getting too much progress on the PDT/LRV figures. He said he does have Civil West Engineering coming out this or next week and already had OAWU out earlier this week as well. OAWU thinks it is most likely a mechanical failure. He has been taking the skid apart one valve at a time to test/see if water or air is passing through the butterfly valves, but he just hasn't had time to check too many of them. June 12, 2025 - I let Brandon know that after reviewing previous images of SCADA Screens from 4/24/24 and the ones from 2025 and noticed that the flow term (Qp) was zero for UF Filter #1 and emailed Brandon with a cc to Sean Carter (Toray), Dan Dye (WesTech), and Chaz Hooley (TAG) to see if they had any ideas. June 13, 2025 - Brandon emailed to say that he also reached out to WesTech and left messages for Cody, and Dan a couple times and through the last year hoping to get a quote for fixing our remote access through an eWON unit, but hasn't heard back from them yet. I let Brandon know that I spoke to Jennifer Woody with WRD this morning and she will follow-up with him today to take some of pressure off and allow efforts to be focused on getting the treatment issues straightened out. Ask Dan Vaage with Civil West about what he can offer under our technical assistance circuit rider program to help with the reporting WRD is requesting to help alleviate Brandon's workload. Action Needed - continue troubleshooting. |
