| Details: | 7-10-25 Update – Brandon Ford emailed that although both skids 1 and 2 were operational, the well was intermittently running to supplement production. Static level in the well was measured at 114-ft. He is still awaiting a response from WesTech regarding the CIP procedure and will initiate a water-only CIP to document the process prior to using CIP chemicals. After fixing an initial leak, Skid #2 is still failing the PDT with a pressure decay rate (PDR) of 0.118 psi/min, but he believes there is another leak on the air line as there are no bubbles visible in the site tube during the DIT, which would indicate a breach in the membranes. He is also going to give an update to the county emergency manager today. 7-18-25 Update - Brandon emailed that he has had trouble with the CIP Chemical Holding Tank overflowing during the "CIP Chemical Holding Tank: Drain and Flush", so he hasn’t been able to complete a CIP. Brandon also fixed a leak on Skid #2 that he thought was causing the high pressure decay rate, but he found another air leak in the system next to it and now one of the Grooved Couplings at the bottom of the last filter (Counting from Left to right, #6). PDT today for Skid #2 showed a PDR of 0 .118 psi/min with an LRV of 3.465-log. |
